Now I can almost guarantee you also chose Apple for the "smartphone" category. Even if you don't own an iPhone. As for "grocery store", you most likely chose the store you shop at the most, and for "car" you most likely chose the brand you own or want to own.
So why is it that I can say with such confidence that you chose Apple, but have no real idea for the other two categories? Well, that's because in our society it is almost impossible to go 24 hours, let alone 1, without seeing an Apple product.
Although your business most likely will not be as large as Apple, you can apply the same principles and achieve great success in your market.
